Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing:
- Orders will be processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
- You will receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after placing your order.
- You will receive an email confirmation with including tracking information, once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Methods:
- We offer various shipping options at checkout, including standard postage. (Pick up option coming soon).
- The estimated delivery time will depend on your selected shipping method and your location. Please refer to the estimated delivery times provided during the checkout process.
3. Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and your delivery address. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.
4. Delivery Addresses:
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Po Box is not an acceptable address.
5. International Shipping:
- We do not offer international shipping at this stage.
Returns and Refunds Policy
1. Returns Eligibility:
- We do not accept change of mind returns.
- For products that need to be return please contact our customer team so we can guide you through the returns process.
- Returns must include all original packaging and accessories.
2. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at orders@helpco.com.au or call 03 9125 8350 to request a return.
- Ship the product(s) to the address provided by our customer support team.
3. Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product (14 days).
4. Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product(s).
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
5. Restocking Fee:
- A restocking fee may apply to returns of certain products. This fee will be communicated to you when you request an return.
6. Damaged or Defective Products:
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 5 business days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, as applicable, and cover the return shipping costs.
